It was reported that Margaretha, 36, was out on a bond after her arrest for unruly domestic behavior and an animal abuse resulting from an alleged incident that occurred with a disengaged man Eric Rosenbrook Back in January, TMZ reported.
The latest arrest comes more than a week after Margaretha and Rosenbrook, 47, began to mourn the death of their little girl.

“It drows me and breaks down my world to announce that tragedy over the weekend has hit,” wrote Rosenbrook through Facebook On July 10. “Yesterday at 12:53 pm after 5 days on life maintenance, my dear daughter, Little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the chance bonds to join her father -cu Tom.”
At the time, the reality star – who is the father of tannile women, Tasha and Jennica from a previous marriage – said he would not comment further on the death of his new -born.
“I don’t want good wishes or questions,” he said. “I will not answer anything, read or answer. I only ask for prayers for it.”
