Cristiano Ronaldo has diminished any notion of personal rivalry ahead of the clash of the League of Nations in Portugal with Spain, where he will face the feeling of adolescence Lamine Yamal for the first time.

Ronaldo said of the teenager: “This boy has been doing things very well in a club and national team that help him a lot.
“It’s a great atmosphere to show their quality.
“Let it grow, do not put it under pressure so that we can enjoy a talent like this for many years.
“I would like to take pressure and leave it in peace. He has a lot of talent.”
Yamal was equally respectful, saying: “It’s a legend of football. I, like all players, have great respect for Cristiano.
“This is the type of game I want to play, to prove who I am.”
