Finishing season 5 of Law and Order: Organized Crime Raised right after that shocking stabler death – but where does the show go from here?

Ultimately, Elliot and the team hold Emery. Initially, it seems that he will go to prison for life, but when Emery begins to name some heavy crime strikers, the FBI is stepping in with the hopes of making the crime boss a “asset” to the department.

Elliot, agitated that revenge did not go his way, is surprised when Kyle reveals what was on the flash drive. For a period of six months, Joey gathered evidence “hard checked evidence” against Emery and his main drug deals. With all the evidence stacked against him, Emery becomes a prisoner of NYPD without a government deal – and to prison he goes.

Former viewers saw the last of Emery praised, however, Elliot his late brother.

“Whatever my brother’s problems, he was a stable, and gave your ass away for the rest of your life,” said Elliot.

The episode ends with the family moment of Sweet Stabler as they honor Joey’s memory. It was revealed earlier in the finale that Joey had completed the NYPD application but never finished it. Due to Joey’s assistance (from beyond the grave) in the arrest of Emery, the Bell Sergeant managed to remove some strings and get a plaque to honor the service of the late Stabler.
