Laura Prepon and Fetus Called it quit in 2024 but their divorce battle begins.
Weekly US that nutrition confirmed filed for divorce from Prepon in November 2024 after Six years of marriage. Since that initial filing, Foster and Prepon have gone back and forth through court documents. Prepon has accused Foster of having a drinking problem as Foster responds, claiming that the actress is of “inappropriate marital behavior.”

November 2024
In his initial filing, Foster asked the court to make a “fair split” of their assets and debt in accordance with their 2018 wooden agreement, per docs obtained by Us. He also anticipated that he and Prepon would enter his “marital repeal agreement and agree on the parenting plan” to the final decree of divorce.
December 2024
The following month, Prepon filed a response to Foster pleading to court for a temporary custody timetable after not agreeing to an arrangement. According to Docs obtained by UsPrepon asked for that nutrition not drink alcohol 12 hours before he spent time with their two children and abstained during the visit. He also suggested that Foster could consider having a supervisor for his parenting time.
Prepon’s lawyers shared that the actress had concerns about her and the children of Foster staying at their father’s new home because of her “long -standing history of alcohol abuse.” Prepon recalled Foster who allegedly became “so inebriated” after her daughter was born in 2017 until he locked herself out of their flat in New York where she allegedly found sleeping on the doorstep in his underwear.
In the filing, Prepon claimed that Foster did not return home to see his children after wrapping production on film in August 2024 after not seeing his children “in almost four weeks.”
“Instead, despite his statements to (Laura) he would not go to the Venice Film Festival, however, he was seen in Italy on the red carpet pose without his wedding ring,” the paperwork continued. “Despite repeated absence and unpredictability (Ben), (Laura) has continued to provide the children with the necessary stable environment and continued to ensure that the children maintain a regular system.”
Foster attorney addressed the Prepon’s legal response in a statement to In connectionHe read, “Filing Laura Prepon is the definition of iniquity and annoying fiction.”
March 2025
Months after Prepon claimed Foster had a drinking problem, he filed a revised petition. According to Docs obtained by In contactPrepon accused of “inappropriate marital behavior.”
“(Ben) would respectfully show that (Laura) had been guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or behavior (ie; inappropriate marital behavior) towards (Ben)… which makes further co -live unsafe and inappropriate,” noted the docs.
Foster asked the Court to enforce the wooden agreement he and Prepon signed on May 21, 2018, as well as setting a custody schedule and the amount of child maintenance for him to pay Prepon. Foster also asks for the sale of his marital home and Prepon they bought jointly in 2024.
