Lamont Roach stole from his time?

In the world of sports, at some point in the career of an elite athlete, this individual achieves a realization that translates at a special moment and Saturday night March 1 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, many struggle fans believe that Lamont Roach Jr was stolen of his time.

Entering MBA Lightweight Title Matchup, Lamont Roach was considered to be a huge subdog. However, Roach was hooked on his play plan and, therefore, obtained a controversial tie.

After 36 minutes of action, a judge marked the combat 115-113, for Davis, but this card was annulled, as the other two judges marked the 114-114 combat.

As the party declared a tie, everyone was followed immediately until the defeat was not called Knockdown. During his post -struggle interview, Gervonta Davis explained what happened during that controversial moment.

If the referee had applied the rule and properly called the defeat, it would have been a 10-8 round for Roach, but unfortunately it did not call the defeat and two of the three judges proceeded to mark the ninth round 10-9 in favor of Gervonta Davis.

The referee’s lost call hurt Lamont Roach on the cards and gave a bad look at the boxing. For example, if the papers were invested and Lamont Roach took a knee because it had fat in his eyes, he would definitely have been called Knockdown.

Lamont Roach (25-1-2, 10 kos) believes that he won the fight, but unfortunately for him he was declared a draw. Roach did not get the victory, but during the press conference after the fight, he spoke about the moral victory of the struggle under the bright lights and showing that he deserved to be there.

“I thought I won, I thought it was enough to get the victory over a spectacular combatant. I told everyone from the beginning that I had the skills to pay Mutha F ** Kin bills.”
