Lambogini Ghan’s artist Shata Welle gave up allegedly related fraud with us

Ghana’s authorities seized a luxury car, allegedly related to the revenue of crimes from the popular musician Charles Niya, better known as Well, at the request of the United States.

Urus Lamborghini 2019 is allegedly linked to the criminal enterprise of Ghana Nano Kwoben Amua, who is serving a seven -year prison term in the US for fraud.

Wayle denies knowledge or connection with the prison Gans, saying that he is the “third party owner” of the car. “I don’t know who sent (this) to the country,” he said.

Well-one of Ghana’s most famous stars and collaborates with Biones in a song that has already been presented on her Lion King 2019 album.

Welle went to social media to criticize the authorities about the restoration of the bright Lambigini, asking why the officers invaded their home with weapons.

“The bringing weapon to my house was not credited,” the Dancehall artist wrote on his social media page, accusing the agency’s executive director of humiliation.

Wayle said he bought a car for $ 150,000 ($ 113,000) and he had submitted documents to officers.

Lamborghini is expected to return to the United States “as part of (Amou) $ 4.7 million,” said the EOCO, adding that the FBI and the US Department of Justice are officially requested by mutual legal assistance for its return.

The agency said the car was obtained in a civil order without the incident.

“This is a standard security protocol for the officers of the observation and restoration unit for weapons while working on their safety,” the EOCO said in a statement.

Later, Well was allowed personally to hand over the car, which is now in custody of the EOCO.

The US court records show that Amua and its co -authors made suppliers to take up almost 70 public and private organizations across the country.

They cheated subjects to carry money on bank accounts controlled by the group through Shell companies.

In 2023, Amua was sentenced to 86 months in prison, and the car was reported to be one of the subjects indicated by the victims.
