A Judge in New York has announced a lawsuit on charges of rape of sexual offenses Harvey Weinstein after one jury refused to continue reflections on allegedly attacking Actress Jessica Mann.
The jury found Weinstein guilty of one of the articles of a sexual attack, not guilty of the second charge on Wednesday, but continued to talk about the final charge of rape.
Last year, the issue of the trial was held on Thursday after the Vayinstein’s criminal conviction was abolished last year, which led to new charges in September last year.
Six days at six weeks of trial, before one juror refused to continue the discussion, a group of seven women and five men for six weeks.

The Court of Appeal canceled the preliminary conviction of Weinstein for his sex crimes in New York last April, finding that the 73-year-old guy did not receive a fair trial in 2020, as the judge allowed the women who made charges against him.
The 2025 court was based on the testimony of three women – former Television production assistant Miriam Haley, actress Jessica Mann and Polish model Kaj Sokol. All three accused Weinstein of using their strength in the entertainment industry to sexually abuse them. The last conviction is in addition to a 16-year sentence that Weinstein has not yet been executed after being convicted of sex crimes in Los Angeles.
Last week, the juror’s reflections were tense when one jury stated that the other “avoided” one member of the board, calling it a “playground”.

This forced the judge to give a juror instruction only to consider the allegations in the case and nothing else.
