Kristin Cavallari is keeping its options open as it heads into 2025.
“She’s dating someone, but it’s not serious,” a source exclusively says Us Weekly. “He doesn’t live in Tennessee but he has visited her in Nashville.”
The insider adds that Cavallari, 37, has been dating “multiple people” after her split from Mark Estes. “For the most part they’re not famous,” the source notes, saying Us that Cavallari is embracing her next chapter. “She’s enjoying her singleness.”
Cavallari revealed during the Monday, December 30, episode of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she has been seeing someone. “I’m kinda dating someone else now,” she said. “I’m not going to say who it is, and it’s really new.”
While remaining coy about the mystery man, Cavallari shared that he is a “retired athlete.” Cavallari, who split from the former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler in 2020 after seven years of marriage, she said, “They love me, I think. … I’ll go — in WAG through and through.” (Cavallari and Cutler share children Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9.)
The Laguna Beach alum said her new man is a “good guy” who “checks all the boxes” and is in his 40s with children from a previous relationship.
“F—, this is what I’ve been needing, so let’s see! He is coming to stay with me in a couple of days,” he said. “He retired a few years ago and he has so much depth and I love talking to him. … We connect on so many different levels, which is amazing. “
Cavallari’s update on her love life comes months after she and Montana Boyz member, 24, call it quits. In September, source i was confirmed Us that Cavallari and Estes – who have an age gap of 13 years – have separated.
Following their split, Cavallari said it end their relationship because she knew it wasn’t “right” in the long run.
“It’s not because of love lost or because something bad happened. Nobody cheated. No one was mean. Nobody did anything,” she said during an episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast in October. “Those breakups are always the hardest, I think, because it’s almost easier if the guy does something that makes you hate him.”
As she dipped her toe back in the dating pool, Cavallari said she doesn’t want anything “serious” right now – but she’s still looking to tie the knot.
“I’m not kidding, though. I’m telling you right now. … My next boyfriend will be my next husband,” Cavallari said on an episode of her podcast in November. “I’m already putting that out there.”
