Kristin Cavallari has not been in a hurry to find someone new after she split Mark Esteswhich has affected her sex life.
During the episode of Tuesday, August 19, of her Podcast “Let’s be honest with Kristin Cavallari”the Hills Alum, 38, praised his bond with Longtime friend Justin Anderson before discussing her dating life.
“I really can get a lot from Justin, who, hey, maybe that’s why I haven’t felt the need to settle or make a man work,” he noted. “Because I won a lot from Justin I would need a man.”

After pulling the plug on its romance with Estes, 25, Cavallari not fully returned to the dating scene.
“I haven’t been dating this year, you guys. I haven’t been dating,” he shared. “I went on a date, and it was a great date and it was a great first date back in the game.”
Cavallari continued, “But I’m kind of backing out there, not back out there. I went on one date. But I was excited to go on a date. I need this year to kind of righteous with focusing on myself.”
The previous reality TV forward was in relation to estes for less than a month before cutting them.
“It’s hard because I broke up with Mark because I know in the long run it’s not right, and not because of a lost love or happened,” he explained on her podcast in October 2024. “He’s the best love I’ve ever had. I know in the long run he needs to experience life, he is young.
Cavallari’s connection with Estes after her high profile was part of an ex-husband Jay Cutler. The former, who shares the children of Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9, were married for nearly seven years before their division in April 2020.
“We have nothing but love and respect for each other and we are very grateful for the shared years, memories made, and the children we are so proud of,” wrote the former in a joint statement at the time. “This is the position of two people growing apart.”

Meanwhile Cavallari stood by her decision to Pull the plug on her marriage.
“The most terrifying thing I’ve ever done is a divorce. But it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done and that really jumped up my journey on self-boyfriend and calculating who I am now,” he said during a chapter of “The School of Greatness” chapter in June 2022.
Cavallari continued, “My children have inspired me to become the best version of myself. I can only be as good as my children as I am to myself. If I am empty, I have nothing to give them. Be able to be vigorous and love myself so that I can love my children – and support and encourage them – that is the most important thing.”
