As Uconn celebrates the Women’s NCAA Basketball Championship on Sunday, April 6, lost Kobe BryantDaughter, Gianna “gigi” Bryantfelt by members of the sports community.
Gigi, who died at the age of 13 in January 2020 was a helicopter accident that also took the life of her NBA star, a young basketball star at the time of her sudden death and was widely expected to attend Uconn as a student-athletor.
