The Klarna Swedish Finch Firm seeks to raise up to $ 1.27 billion in its long-awaited US-based public donation, the official submission said on Tuesday.
Klarna plans to offer 34,31,274 ordinary shares at $ 35 to $ 37 each.
The company will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “Klar”.
Klarna offers 5.56 million of these shares, and the rest of approximately 28.8 million will be allocated by existing shareholders who sell their shares.
Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley act as joint book runners for the list.
