King Charles III Celebrating its Scottish roots in a new picture released by Buckingham Palace on Saturday, January 24.

The Queen, 76, can be seen wearing a kilt made from the Dartan of King Charles III in the picture, taken in the library at Balmoral CastleRoyal Family Holiday home in Scotland.
