Kim Kardashian’s emotional tribute to the late friend Lindsay May

Kim Kardashian remembers her late friend, Lindsay May.

On Sunday, July 6, Kardashian shared a series of Honorary Pictures in May, who died of cancer in November 2024.

“It was your only birthday and I know you never liked to do a great deal of it, but a happy Heavenly Birthday, Lindz,” wrote Kardashian by InstagramAlongside a series of pictures that showed himself and his friends group at Lyn. “I waited months to post this, mainly because I couldn’t find the right words. Nothing conveys how quiet and empty our conversation feels without you. I know you probably would roll your eyes to me posting anything – especially because you didn’t even have social media – but I couldn’t go through this lake trip without feeling it.

“The lake was your happy place. It made you feel lighter, healthier … you were,” he continued. “This will always be our favorite Lifers tradition because this is where we spend time with all our children together and have real time together with no external noise. We felt your absence this year in every sunset, every laughter, every quiet moment.”

“Looking back at these pictures of a year ago, I feel so grateful for all the memories we have made.

Kardashian confirmed May’s death on June 17 through his Instagram story, as reported by A! News at the time. Mutual friend of the pair Simone Harouche She offered her own tribute to May in January.

“My world stopped on November 2nd. You took a few of me with you, but thank God I took some of you,” wrote Harouche through Instagram. “A lovely sunset took a whole new meaning. Re -Reminded and the 90s were fun f -king. He went on beautiful adventures. Had a lot of family time. I said yes to more. I experienced what he meant when people talk about the power of a community (very cliche, but very true).”

“Feels in a daring in much of the time, but also feels grateful for every moment of this life (another stereotype, but also very true). You are always with me. I feel you all the time,” added Harouche.
