Kevin Jonas He admitted that being a girl’s father can sometimes mean being sucked into the latest toy crazes.
The singer, 37, who was divided during appearance on the “mythical kitchen” podcast On Thursday, July 31 he was currently “very deep” into the Labubu toy period thanks to his daughters. (Kevin shares women Alena, 11, and Valentina, 9, with his wife Danielle Jonas.)
Kevin explained that while Labubus’s obsession does not personally set him back financially, one of his daughters, who did not name him, have been very spending.
“I haven’t spent a single dollar on Labubus – my daughter has,” Kevin shared. “So she saved all her money. She bought these things on Stockx with her debit card. And she is like, negotiating on there, like putting offers. She’s like, ‘Dad, it’s not worth $ 75 but with shipping it comes up to $ 85. What do you think I should do?’ I said don’t buy it.
Kevin added that his daughter usually agrees to hold back on the purchase but then “seems” after she appeared to change her mind and bought it anyway.
Earlier in the podcast, he also shared another light experience he came across as a parent. He revealed that his daughters discovered maiden fluffs, a product that they seemed to love so much that had to tell them that he was no longer sold.
Kevin admitted that he has no qualifications about taking freedom with the truth when talking to his children, joking that he was “lying all the time.”

For the rest of their lives. And that responsibility is intense. And before that I was just focusing on the benchmarks of success.”
