Kendra Wilkinson knows she’s not that girl anymore.
The Girls Next Door alum and Playboy founder Hugh HefnerA former live-in girlfriend took to Instagram on Sunday, January 12, to defend her appearance amid social media criticism of her weight.
“Yes, I have gained weight. Yes, I’m getting old. Yes, I’m not the girl I used to be (Playboy girl) 🤣 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy,” Wilkinson, 39, wrote alongside a selfie full mirror of her body.
The mother of two, who shares son of Hank IV15, and daughter Alijah, 10, with ex-husband Hank BaskettShe added, “Children are my everything. Feeling quite balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.”
The Kendra Sells Hollywood The star said she was happy with her appearance, although she admitted she will keep an eye on her alcohol consumption.
“For those of you who hate my new weight, 40 year old face, please know that I am finally happy, healthy and at peace in life. Leave me alone and respect that I’m finally where I really want to be together,” she wrote.
“Almost 40 feels amazing and yes to the people who criticize my alcohol intake… I hear you and that will be better monitored. Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what happens in JUNE…. Shots. 😂. Love you,” she wrote, referring to her 40th birthday on June 12.

“My kids are amazing. They are just the most amazing human beings,” Wilkinson said Us “I pinch myself every day. Wilkinson added that being a parent is a “full-time job,” saying, “They’re both into basketball, and they’re both very, very successful in basketball.” She also said of her son Hank, “He’s on his way to the NBA, like big time, and I hope we all get a chance to see everything happen.”
