Former college football player, Kavan Markwood, identified as the man in a critical state After falling 21 feet over the Clemente Wall at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.
A graduated from South Allegheny High School, Markwood, 20, fell into the field during the Pittsburgh Pirates-Chicago Cubs MLB game on Wednesday, April 30 and was in hospital. His identity was confirmed to Load By the De Allegheny School District Officer on Thursday, May 1.

“Tonight, during the seventh inning of the game at PNC Park, an adult of the correct field bleachers fell into a playground,” read the official marine statement after the game on Wednesday. “Pittsburgh EMS responded and responded, as well as the training teams of marine athletics and Cubs and other PNC Park personnel immediately and administered care.
