During a unique interview with Weekly USLowes, 42, break down her vision For a possible 2 season, saying, “Bellamy Young would be great (on the show). She is a southern belle and would be excellent.”

“I’m like, ‘I don’t think so.’ We never saw Olivia Pope going to other places. “I think Jeff Perry, who played Cyrus, would be great. It could be the governors’ race opposite Jed Banks. It would be a perfectly scary show of monster. ”
Lowes added: “George Newbern, who played Charlie, comes from Arkansas, and should be a high member of the church with Jill’s husband. Bring everyone in. Those scandal actors, they are the best and they could do anything.”
The hunting womenwho first performed in July, following Sophie (Brittany Snow) As she found herself wrapped in the orbit of Margo Socialite banks (Malin Åkerman). Sophie befriends with Margo’s housewives, but their dangerous secrets lead to shocking murder where Sophie is the main suspect.
In May Cobb’s novel Inspire the seriesLowes, Jill, was the murderer, so imagine readers’ surprise when the show killed her before the finale.
“I knew when I heard that Jill was going to die, so I pressed him,” Lowes told us. “I’ve had to die a bunch of times, so I had psyched. I was like, ‘I (gotta) go big or go home.’ I was (get) having one amazing season of Jill as ungodly as I could do and I loved it.
The hunting women took a lot of inspiration from May Cobb’s novel – but there have also been some remarkable changes. Netflix released the first season in July 2025, which followed Sophie (Brittany Snow) after she moved from Boston to a town in eastern Texas. Lowes enjoyed the challenge of giving its own spin on the character.
“I started reading the book and soon I had to put it down when we started shooting. I was starting to confuse the Jill that existed in the book and the Jill that Rebecca Cutter (Showrunner) put it on the show,” he remembered. “I had to put the book down and just focus on this story and the job I was doing with this version of Jill.”
Lowes continued, “knowing that Margo (now) is going to be the murderer and that Jill was going to die, I was like, ‘Okay, let’s focus on the TV show and achieve that so that my brain doesn’t confuse.”
