Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson Continue to prove that their chemistry is hot as ever.
The pair’s picture was taken together on a set filming their upcoming film trilogy, Happy hoursIn New York City on Tuesday, August 5. A series of Holmes seizures, 46, leaped in Jackson’s arms for a hug as he lifted her off the ground. Another image of the duo seized as if he had danced sweet together. (It’s unclear whether they were in character or having fun behind the scenes.)
Last month’s news broke that Holmes would write, direct and star in the series of films opposite her ex Creek Dawson Costar. The duo sent the Internet dormant days later when they were seen as NYC filming scenes for the project, which follows two young lovers who reconnect and recaptures their romance years later.
Mary-Louise Parker. Wu’s Constance. Joe Tippett. John McGinty. Donald Webber Jr. and Nathan Darrow also about to star in the trilogy, while Johnna Dias-Watson and Jack Martin portrays the younger versions of Holmes and Jackson’s characters.
This is, of course, far from the first time Holmes and Jackson, 47, worked together. The Deos starred as Joey Potter and Pacey Witter on the dear teenager drama Creek Dawson Between 1998 and 2003. While Joey initiated the series inherently attached to his long -lasted best friend Dawson Leery (James Van Der Beek), Eventually, Ben fell over heels for Pacey, triggering a three -season -long love triangle ended with Joey and Pacey riding into the sunset.
Off screen, Holmes and Jackson also formed a close bond while shooting in Wilmington, North Carolina. The pair dated during the first season of the series before calling it quit before season 2, even though they Remained close friends throughout the show’s run.
