Katelynn Ordone honors a husband on Father’s Day after the death of a son

“Happy Father’s Day to the best father out there,” Katelynn wrote through Instagram On Sunday, June 15, alongside a montage of videos showing her husband with their late little child and daughter, Paisley. “No holiday will never feel the same without our Preston, but all he ever knew was his father’s love. We may not understand now but we will see him again one day.”

In one video, the couple’s recent little child wishes his father happy Father’s Day while in bed. In another, the father and son duo are seen brushing their teeth. In another yet, Jaelan is seen holding his son when he was a baby.

“I will never understand why Preston couldn’t be here with us today,” wrote Katelynn on the upload video himself. “But one thing I’m sure is … you are the best father in the world. Preston and Paisley have and will always be proud of their father. Happy Fathers Sunday.”

The Ordone family rose to Tiktok’s fame in August 2024, after Preston was known as the “right baby” for a cheerful answer to his parents before challenging their rules funny. On April 27, friends of the Katelynn and Jaelan family broke the news of Preston’s death following a car accident. The parents were also in the vehicle at the time of the accident, which happened while their 7 -year -old daughter was at school.

Katelynn went on to explain that she was discharged from hospital a day after the accident, on April 28, while her husband remained in hospital for extended treatment. To stay close to her husband as he recovered, the family bought Airbnb.

“I think we all try … none of us really understand why or how this could happen, but Y’all’s support has made a big difference in much of this,” he continued. “And I may not be able to watch everything, I may not be able to respond to every comment, because it is very difficult for me to look at. But I still see some things here, how much you love them, and it means a lot.”

The mother headed the post, “It is very difficult for me to gather my thoughts at the moment but I really wanted everyone to know that I really appreciate the support during this incredibly difficult time.”

Katelynn shared a moving video from Preston before his death through his Instagram story on April 30.

“I will never understand why God took you from me,” headed the post. “I will miss you and love you for the rest of my life.”
