Kaitlyn Bristowe clears speculation about her new cutting song, “Lonely in Love.”
The former bachelorette, 40, dropped her latest musical effort On June 19 to mark her 40th anniversary, encouraging fans to wonder if the words are about her ex, Jason Tartick.
On Sunday, June 29, Bristowe post Video of herself listening to the heartbreaking ballad through her Instagram story and it seemed to break the fan’s guess.
“I’ve been seeing a lot of people guessing who the purpose of this song is. But it’s not about that person. I wasn’t in love at the end,” wrote over the video, referring to the song’s lyrics for steering the end of a relationship and still having feelings towards the other person.

Bristowe and his fellow Tartick Bachelor of Bachelor, 36, were engaged when they published In August 2023 they went their different ways after four years together.
“After sharing the news with close family and friends first, and taking the time to process ourselves properly, we are sad with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement,” shared the former in a joint statement. “We are grateful to all of you who gave us the time and place to process this life -changing decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigation.”
The statement concluded, “Continuing our friendship is extremely important to both of us. We feel grateful that we end our engagement and respect for each other. It is heartbreaking and sad to say goodbye, but our care and admiration for each other will never die.”
She presented Bristowe “Lonely in Love” to her followers last month, describing her tour of writing a new song five years after she released her last single.
