Teen’s mother aum KaiLyn Lowry doubles down on the decision to go under the knife for his double chin.
“Rest in peace to my double jaw,” Lowry, 33, said in an Instagram video Divided on Sunday, August 24. The reality star shared a series of pictures of her face before and after in what he called a “scrapbook of farewell.”
Other clips in the post showed that Lowry was being prepared for surgery, with a nurse pulling on her face. Although the procedure itself was not documented, Lowry offered a major update after she woke up.
“This is day one post op,” she said in a separate clip, smiling with her face wrapped while eating mashed potatoes immediately. Another woolly video showed steering as she slept after the surgery.

Lowry also offered a look at her face after the bandages were removed in the middle of her recovery process – and the section had many comments to say.
“Does anyone else think he looks the same?” One person wondered. Lowry replied, “Babe I am swollen.”
Another Instagram user asked whether the double jaw would come back “with weight gain.”
“I guess, but what I did was repair (a) a genetic problem with Jowling and sagging skin,” Lowry wrote in response. “I didn’t have Lipo.”
A third initiator told Lowry about “quitting with the plastic surgery,” he clapped back, “I can do whatever TBH 😂 😂.”
