Brazilian Justice of the Supreme Court threatened to detain former President Jir Balsanar.
Judge Alyaksandr de Morazi accused Bolsonar of violating a ban that forbid the former president to perform in audio, video and interviews that are divided into social media.
Moraz’s justice said the ex-president may face “immediate imprisonment” if his lawyers cannot give a satisfactory explanation within 24 hours, why their client appeared in a video shared by Bolsonar Edward’s son.
Bolsonar is judged by the alleged conception to prevent President Luis Inazio Loul to Silva from his post in 2023, which he denies.
Moraz is investigating the accusations of Balsanar and his allies who committed “anti -democratic actions”.
On Friday, Moraus had already imposed a number of restrictions on Bolsonar, including at night and curfew on weekends, as well as 24-hour surveillance, to prevent his escape as long as he judges.
Bolsonar was also ordered to refrain from addressing foreign governments and their embassies in Brazil.

Earlier, police accused the ex-president and his son Eduard of trying to prevent the court against Senior Bolsonar and violated Brazil’s sovereignty, urging the US government to interfere with the trial.
On Monday, Moraus gave more details about the restrictions, explaining that Bolsonar was not just banned in the video and audio that he himself shared in social media, but also acts in those who share or published third parties.
Shortly thereafter, Balsanar talked to journalists when he was leaving Congress, where he met with opposition legislators.
He showed them his electronic Big ankle, calling it “a symbol of maximum humiliation.”
