He also accused the persecution of the “fake trial” against Didi, saying that the government had gone after its “private sex life”.
According to his lawyer, none of the prosecution witnesses testified to the entry into the racketener. Agnifil noted that the former employees of Mogul described that they worked as hard, but also stated that it was like “going to Harvard Business School”.

The government emphasized in its argument that Didi ruled allegedly a criminal enterprise with full control. The accusation noted that the juror heard the testimony, saw the texts, looked at the bank records and heard the audio allegedly showing the rapper “last night”, which committed the crime after the decades.
The prosecutor’s office claimed that the disgraced musical tycoon used his inner circle, money and influence to cover the alleged crimes he had committed.
“In the last few weeks, you have learned a lot about Sean Grusanyat,” Slavik said at the beginning of the closure of the applications. “He is the leader of the criminal enterprise. He does not answer.”
