Judge weighs Trump’s powers to deploy the National Guard in California

Federal Judge pressed on Ministry of Justice During Thursday hearing on whether Donald Trump complied with law when he activated the National Guard in response to recent protests and riots against immigration in Los Angeles District, California.

Judge Charles Brayer, appointed Clinton, has repeatedly compared the monarchy when he weighed the request of Democratic Governor Newsom Governor, so that the court temporarily restricted Trump’s power to use the National Guard.

The California Prosecutor General has launched a lawsuit against Trump by holding the president against Newsom, one of the most famous Democrats in the country and possible candidates for the 2028 president.

NEWSOM’s lawyers claimed the complaint that Trump and Hugset had exceeded their powers, violated the heading 10 and violated the administrative procedure.

They “illegally bypassed the governor of California,” the lawyers write. In addition to the possibility of the governor’s consent requirement, the title 10 also requires the uprising or the similar type of scenario.
