Federal Judge on Friday temporarily blocked the executive order from President Donald Trump This may cancel the rights to collective talks for most federal workers.
District Judge US Paul Friedman blocked the Trump administration to implement the order after the trial from the Union of National Treasury staff, representing about 160,000 federal staff.

This affects about 75% of almost one million federal workers presented by unions, and expands the existing rule that releases national security agencies, such as the FBI and the CIA, from the requirements for collective negotiations.
