Jude Bellingham settled for three months after shoulder surgery

According to reports, Real Madrid’s midfielder Jude Bellingham will undergo a surgery on the left shoulder in London.

The International of England is expected to be out of action for about 10 to 12 weeks, discarding it for a significant part of the early 2025/26 campaign.

Bellingham, 22, has dealt with a persistent shoulder problem dating to November 2023, when he suffered a dislocation during a LaLiga confrontation with Rayo Vallecano.

Despite the injury, he opted for a non -surgical rehabilitation program in order to remain available for the selection during a crucial stretch of the season for Madrid.

This decision meant that the problem was never recovered. The midfielder, who started all the games of the World Cup of the Real Madrid Club Cup last month, confirmed that he would submit to surgery after the 3-1 victory over Pachuca.

“I will have the surgery after the tournament,” he said. “I am sick of playing with the look, especially in the heat. It will be good to have my old shoulder, so I really want.”

Bellingham enjoyed a stellar debut season after arriving from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023. He played a vital role in LaLiga and the Madrid Champions League, providing 15 goals and 15 assists in 58 appearances in all competitions.

Madrid begins the new LaLiga season under the new main coach Xabi Alonso on August 19, when they host Osasuna at Santiago Bernabeu.

However, they will have to navigate the first accessories and the opening phase of their champions’ league defense, without one of their key men.

Bellingham is aimed at a return in early October, which means that he could lose up to eight league games and various important European bonds.

Its recovery will be overseen by both the club and the country, and England also has a watchful look while preparing for the autumn international and the World Cup of 2026.
