Former NFL coach John Gruden told about his claim against the league after the Supreme Court Nevada determined that his the right may continue in court instead of arbitration on Monday.
“I look forward to when the truth goes out and I want to make sure I didn’t happen to anyone,” he said in Statement on ESPN.

Gruden sued NFL in 2021 after he dispersed with Las Vegas -Riders When the leaks of electronic letters revealed “racist, sexist and homophobic” language. He filed a lawsuit against the league and commissioner Roger Gudel, saying that a “malicious and archeted campaign” was used to destroy his career.
Gruden said ESPN that the release of emails had affected the raiders season.
“The league has broken the whole season,” Gruden said. “At the time, we were leading the division, and they completely blinded me and the team.
“What happened was not correct, and I was glad that the court did not allow NFL to cover it.”

The Supreme Court Nevada ruled in the decision of 5-2 that “the arbitration point in the NFL Constitution is unreasonable and does not extend to Gruden as a former employee.”
Gruden’s lawyers applauded the ruling in a statement Pro Football Talk.
“We are very pleased with the decision of the Supreme Court Nevada not only for the Gruden coach, but also for all employees who face the unjust arbitrary process of employer,” said Adam Hosmer-Herne of LLP McDonald Carano LLP. “This victory further testifies to the reputation of the Gruden coach, and it cleanses the way to quickly bring him complete justice and hold NFL.”
Gruden expressed hope on Return NFL In July when visiting the lions.
“Hope I haven’t finished,” Gruden told reporters through Free press in Detroit. “I’m going to go back. I work hard to get another shot, but hopefully some of these guys who fell from my industry when you say it so may they hire me because I’m looking for a job.

“I don’t care if I’m training in Junior High,” he added. “I’m going to train again. I’m still trained. I’m just not on the team officially, but I have some private tasks I work on, and I’m a few gear when I watch games that no one knows about whom I pull.”
