Jessie J in hospital weeks after breast cancer surgery

Singer Jessie J. facing an unexpected health barrier as she continues recovery from breast cancer surgery.

“How I spent the last 24 hours,” wrote Jessie, 37, through her Instagram stories on Sunday, August 3, sharing a picture of IV connected to her arm. “Six weeks after surgery, and I was back in the same ward as I was after my surgery. Not expected or planned.”

He added, “I had, and I have, symptoms that pointed towards a blood clot on the lungs. It is not a blood clot, thank God.”

According to the singer “Tag Price”, her doctors carried out a bunch of tests that concluded that she was currently an unknown type of infection and “a little fluid” in her lungs.

“I know that many people who will have gone through this or similar can agree with me or not, and that’s fine,” he wrote. “I know, for me, the true hard journey of this whole thing was the day I went into surgery. The recovery, physically, is far from fast or easy.”

Jessie also wanted to remind himself to “slow down TF” to let her body heal.

“This is not a speedy recovery, and is not supposed to be,” said the musician. “That slow pace has been a difficult reality to accept. I love moving and working and being up and active, but I can’t be right now, and that’s what it is. I find the strength while knowing that everything can be adjusted to align with a slower speed and the support of my very small internal support cycle.”
