Jeff SperbeckA family have broken their silence following his sudden death.
“We are very sad to share the passing of our beloved Jeff Sperbeck. He was a dad, husband, brother, son and wonderful friend to many and everyone will be very missing,” read a statement Divided by tmz On Wednesday, April 30.
The family noted that they were “grateful for the sweeping support” they have received from the public but have ended by asking for privacy at this time.
Sperbeck died at the age of 62 after being in a golf cart accident with Longtime friend and before the NFL quarter’s John ELWAY. His wife Cori and three children survive.
The news broke on Wednesday that ELWAY, 64, allegedly driving a golf cart At the Madison Club in La Quinta, California, on Saturday, April 26, when Sperbeck – a former manager of the retired ball -footed star – fell off and hit his head. (TMZ reported that there was no sign of negligent driving on the part of Elway.)
According to Kesq’s local outlet, Sperbeck was put on life maintenance following the event.
“It was a report reported from a golf cart and the patient was transported to a local area trauma center in an unknown condition,” a spokesman for Cal Fire shared in a statement on Tuesday, April 29.

Elway also addressed the death of Sperbeck In his own statement on Wednesday.
“I am completely humbled and encouraged by passing my close friend, business partner and agent Jeff Sperbeck,” he told Adam Schefter of ESPN. “There are no words to express the intense sadness I suddenly feel with the sudden loss of someone who has meant so much to me.”
He added: “My heart and deepest sympathy go out to Jeff’s wife, Cori; his children Carly, Sam and Jackson; and all who knew him and loved him.
