Ex -world champion, Jeff Fenech, blames the Tim Tszyu coach team for his loss at Sebastian Fundora last Saturday night. He thinks Tszyu (25-3, 18 kos) did not receive the right instructions of his comeback with the WBC Junior Champion Champion Fundora (23-1-1, 15 kos). This caused Tszyu to stop after the seventh round.
“I’m sorry for Tim. Looking at what happened to him in the first round, he still did the same in the second round and the same in the third round,” said Jeff Fenech a Jai McallisterReflecting on the loss of Tim Tszyu against Sebastian Fundora last Saturday night.
Fenech should have volunteered to assume the functions as a new Tszyu coach. Then I could take a broom and sweep the existing training teamand only to focus on rebuilding it from the base. Just sweep them as a powder and rebuild Tszyu before it’s too late.
Tszyu’s punch resistance decreased
The damage may have already been done, because it seems that its resistance to the punch has declined. Mentally, it seemed that he had lost the confidence he had before.
“When you are at the level Tim is, you need people who can maneuver you and tell you what to do,” said Fenech. “Tim has never been told anything to do in a struggle because he has only surpassed them alone. Everyone gets the credit, but Tim has beat all those guys who have struggled alone.”
Tszyu has always fought in the same style throughout his career. He was able to escape when he was younger, fighting Aussie’s fighters in Australia. Ever since he went to the world class, he has fought in three of his last four fights. It is obvious that if Tim continued to fight fighters worldwide, he would continue to lose. There are many other fighters in 154 who could do the same in Tszyu as Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev.
“He needed help at the weekend (against Fundora), and he did not get any. He had none because he has a corner full of boys who never fought in his life,” said Fenech. “How can they say -you how to fight if they haven’t had one?”
When Tszyu was inside, founder was chewed, which hit her with capital letters and hooks next to the head. The power that the founder of 6’5 “” Hell “was surprisingly good inside. Tim did not like it. So he repeatedly retired to the outside and also hit himself. It was a pick-your poison situation for Tszyu.
Fundora’s aggression paid for fruits
“I was totally surprised,” Fenech told him when he was asked if he was surprised that he founded Tszyu so soon in the fight. “He has returned and obviously saw video and studied Tim. He took something to the ring he didn’t think he had it.”
Fundora had shown a more aggressive side in her style of struggle in her previous struggle against Chordale Booker last March. In this match, he went after Booker immediately, brought him with punches without stopping before detaining him in the fourth. He did the same against Tszyu last weekend and paid off with a stop of the seventh round.
