Jay-z The man who claims to be a secret son, revealed Satterthwaite is forcedstruck with an injunction in 2022 for filing so much “frivolous” court filing, Weekly US can report only.
On Friday, July 18, the Cofounder Roc Nation legal team insisted that Satterthwaite’s latest legal proceedings, filed in the Federal Court, be refused immediately. The Mogwl said he had been dealing with satterthwaite allegations since 2010.
Jay-Z, 55, Satterthwaite, 30, and his carer has been harassing him for years. He said the allegations in the new legal case had been “addressed” and “rejected” in several other courts “repeatedly.”
In his filing, Jay-Z said he was repeatedly dragged into court by Satterthwaite, Satterthwaite’s late motherand caretaker of Satterthwaite “based on the false allegation” that Satterthwaite is his biological son.
The legal case accusing Jay-Z of rape has been officially rejected. According to Docs obtained by US Weekly on Friday, February 14, the legal proceedings were “dismissed with prejudice.” The filing claimed that the rapper, whose real name is Shawn Carter, raped a 13-year-old girl along with Sean’s combs “Diddy” in a back part of the MTV video music awards (…)
Jay-Z’s legal team pointed out that the paternity of Satterthwaite was previously established for someone else in a court case “who claimed (Satterthwaite’s mother) that a father was no later than 1994 a father (satterthwaite)-and the person was ordered to pay child maintenance.”

Jay-Z’s lawyer said Satterthwaite’s new complaint “claims that the various court orders issued in the last fifteen years, who refused uniformly (Satterthwaite’s) claimed to be wrong and this court should find this court (Jay-Z) liable for fraud” and other claims.
He accused Statterthwaite’s new legal case of being a “transparent attempt” to avoid a court injunction in 2022. The injunction, issued in a legal proceedings that the family brought against a Jay-Z lawyer, states that Satterthwaite and his donor carefully not file any new legal proceedings regarding the issue in New Jersey province without approval of the court.

Satterthwaite has filed several legal cases against Jay-Z in various provinces, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In his new suit, he claimed that Jay-Z and his legal team had committed a “fraud” on multiple courts and managed to prevent her paternity claim to “prevent legal liability.”
The legal case of Satterthwaite requires indefinite compensation for its alleged emotional and psychological compensation.
