Jasprit Bumrah is the highest in India National Cricket Team’s wick in the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy in current 2025 and is generally behind the English pattern Ben Stokes.
Bumrah has played three of the four games so far in the series and has collected 14 doctors at an average of 26. His pace partner, Mohammed Siraj, has also taken 14 doctors, but with an average of 39.71.
When he went to the series, Jasprit Bumrah had been made available only for three tests to manage his workload and has already completed his goal.
However, with the series on the line, there have been calls for the function of Jasprit Bumrah in the oval test. Speaking at the pre -match press conference, India Battle Coach Siteshu Kotak said that the Pace Spearhead is in shape, but they have not made a decision on his participation. Said:
“There is still no discussion about Jasprit Bumrah, it is appropriate. But soon we will make a call to his workload.”

Bumrah faced some fitness problems during the Manchester test against England, and his speed also reduced significantly. This led to many experts, including Mohammad Kaif, saying that the Pealer approaches his retirement.
However, Aakash Chopra is totally against Bumrah withdrawing from the test cricket. In a video shared on his official YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra wondered if Bumrah should be removed from the tests.
He replied that everyone should make peace with the fact that the Pealer will not play all parties in the country and should give him the privilege of choosing and choosing matches. Aakash Chopra said:
“It had been decided before the start of the series that Bumrah would play only three tests, and if he only plays three, and he does not even risk playing in the fourth, knowing that there is no cricket for the next month, it is true that his participation will remain limited.
“ With Jasprit Bumrah, it will be to choose and choose, which is absolutely well. I think I should play until I can play. If there are a series of four games in India, it should not be that it does not reproduce a one, because it cannot play all four. It’s not OK. The type of bowling is, if it gives me two in four tests, I will still be fine with the fact that it gives two, ” he added.
Aakash Chopra tagged Jasprit Bumrah as a player at once in generation and said that the Pealer should not think of his retirement.
“We will try to manage their workload because there are a few players of once in a generation you want to manage, who you want to handle correctly.
“Everyone should be manipulated correctly, but he is an extremely special player. So I’m not in that camp that says he should retire if he can’t play the five tests,” he said.
