Australian former Bowler, Jason Gillespie, has approached the International Cricket Council (ICC) to solve a financial dispute with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The PCB had headed to the old Cricleter in April last year as the main coach of the test team in a two -year agreement.
However, he decided to leave his post in December last year and was replaced by AAQIB Javed.

Jason Gillespie suffered a loss of shock to his first series against Bangladesh. Later he was removed from the Pakistan selection group also after the team suffered a strong loss against England in the first test of the three -game series. However, Pakistan bounced and won the series 2-1.
Later, he also took over the Pakistan White Ball Tour in Australia in the absence of Gary Kirsten. Under him, Pakistan won a memorable series in Australia, but lost the T20i series.
While Jason Gillespie and PCB separated in ways last year, they have wrapped in a financial dispute. According to a report to Espncricinfo, the Great Australian has accused the PCB of several breaches of his contract. In response, the PCB has accused Pakistan’s former coach of not providing the Council a four -month notice period, as stipulated in his contract.
The report stated that Jason Gillespie asked PCB to resolve his outstanding payments. The payments included bonuses that promised him to guide Pakistan to the victory of the England Testing series and the victory of the Hate series on Australia.
With the PCB that does not delete the payment, Jason Gillespie has sent the subject to the ICC. However, it is still unclear whether the ICC has the power to interfere in this regard.
On the other hand, the PCB made clear its position on the problem. Earlier this week, the PCB returned to Gillespie and refuted his claims, saying he left his position abruptly without complying with the notice period.
“The Pakistan Cricket Board refutes claims made by a former main coach on the non -payment of his dues. The PCB spokesman claims that the former main coach left his position abruptly without giving a four -month notice period, which was a clear breach of contractual terms.”
“The coaching contract explicitly mentioned a period of notice applicable to both parties and the coach is aware of it,” read the PCB statement.
