Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis again sign with Matchroom & Dazn: pointing to the star at 154 pounds

Ennis, Jaron ‘Boots’ has again overcome the coincidence room of Eddie Hearn, signing a multi-lluid extension with them and Dazn. The ex-unified heavy weight champion, Ennis (34-0, 30 kos), has the hope that it can become a star now that it moves to 154 to assume the higher level opposition division.

Matchroom Ennis Superstar Plan

Hearn says the boots will be a “Different beasts” to the middle junior weight. Fans would like to see Ennis, 28, start fighting better opposition so that they can become a real star. The three fights that Jaron has had since the prey of Matchroom in April 2024 have been disappointing.

Ennis should have passed to 154 last year instead of wasting time with his superficial goal of becoming the undisputed heavy weight champion. It did not make sense to pursue the goal that missed the time, since belt holders were not names that the boxing audience did not know. Although the boots had captured the four belts, people would not have noticed.

“They are willing to do everything that is needed to make me a superstar. I am ready to go to 154 pounds and I am hunting for the big names and belts. Now it is time to close everyone,” said Jaron Ennis, speaking of their contract extension with Matchroom.

Tintonizations for Ennis Boots

Boots is already shooting on the foot by choosing two tuning fights at 154 instead of diving directly. It is likely that these tunings will chew one year of the Ennis career, which means that it will be 29 or 30 years before it finally begins to fight the talented boys of the division.

These are the combatants that Hearn needs to match Ennis:

Sebastian Fundora
Vergil Ortiz Jr
Israil Madrimov
Bakhram Murtazaliev
Serhii Bohachuk
Xander Zayas
Terence Crawford
Jorge Garcia
Erickson Lubi
Yoenis tellez
Keith Thurman
Tim tszyu

“I am really excited to see the boots about the 154 -pound division, where you go to see a different beast and its full arsenal on exhibition, said Eddie Hearn.
