During the April 29 chapter of The valley. Jason Caperna remembers a night when Danny allegedly had too much to drink and act inappropriately with Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli.
“Not too long ago, Jasmine was in a situation where Danny was drunk blackout and really inappropriate,” he claimed in a confessional interview. “Danny went to Jasmine, put his hand on his thigh and said, ‘Having a drink to Daddy,’ referring to himself as ‘Daddy.’ And then when he went to get ‘Daddy’ and some other people too, he went to the love of Jasmine Melissa and grabbed his barrel. ”
Viewers also watched Danny apologize to Jasmine, 38, and Melissa, 31, after he was drunk during the Halloween party.

According to Kristen, using the words “sexual assault” was “low new” for Janet.
“How dare she say those words about Danny,” the first VanderPump Rules Star says in Tuesday’s episode. “She’s crossed a AF *** line. He’s a real slander. She’s a real defamation. She’s trying to ruin the life of someone who doesn’t deserve it.”
During the show, Janet doubled down on his allegations and said having a husband as a lawyer allowed her to understand legal terms.

“Unfortunately, for Danny, the definition of what he made is a sexual assault,” he claimed. “I’m sorry he did that but I’m not going to be painted as the bad guy for talking about something that happened. That’s bulls ***.”
At the end of the night, however, Janet seemed to soften his tone when he said to Danny and Nia, “I used the definition of what happened that night, and I’m sorry I had to do that.”
