Jana Kramerer defends her decision not to always put sunscreen on her three children.
“Time out very quickly. Let me go back, because I’m going to have a lot of hate on this. I’m well aware that I should have worn sunscreen as a child. I’m well aware,” said Kramer, 41, on the episode on Monday, July 7, of Iheart of Iheart of Radio’s Radio’s Radio’s “Complaint down” podcast. “And I know my mum has worn the Coppertone baby, whatever SPF on me.”
He continued, “Having said that, my mother was the generation that did not use any sunscreen and used the baby oil, right? If my mother gave me anything more than 8 SPF, I would probably, ‘I can’t have a tanning with anything less than 8.’” ‘”
Kramer explained she used tanning oil with 8 SPF and stayed clear of sunburn and One tree hill A ride to Puerto Rico where she was “burning so bad.” He added, “My forehead blicked completely. I was two different colors for the episode. It was so bad.”

Kramer began to wear sunscreen in his 30s. When she comes to her children, Kramer said she chose not to put her on them unless they were going to be outdoors for “hours” because she knows they are not “burning.”
“There are so many bad things in sunscreen, if we don’t want to be out there for more than a couple of hours – listen, come to me. But I don’t put it on,” he claimed. “I will if we are on the beach for hours and reflect all the things, like, I will put it on his neck, ears – the baby – but like, the children, I haven’t put them anything because I’m like, ‘They’re not burned.’ What’s worse, the burnt or cream? ”
