Brandon Breyer (Dunn) is not immediately bad in this Fflic, but it doesn’t take much to push to the dark side.
Once Brandon has his powers, he begins to use them on people in ways that Superman would never do. There is no evening that it could be made that the victims of Brandon deserve what they have. The truth is, someone with Superman powers is much more likely to turn out like Brandon Breyer than Clark Kent. The even more dreaded thing is that Burning brightIt seems that the world does not have anyone who can match the power of Brandon or even get close enough to harm them. The script suggests that the location of Brandon on Earth was not a coincidence, and that may be what it was supposed to do for its people.

Sony photosIf Superman is the embodiment of a hope for the hope, then Brandon is the embodiment of despair. Her origin story goes wrong, where Clark Kent’s life went right. The judges were wrong. This is a very good horror flic, and lack of sequence makes it even more annoying if we let our imagination depict what Brandon puts that world through.
