The “Fab Four” consists of Kohli of India, Steve Smith of Australia, Joe Root of England and Kane Williamson of New Zealand. The quartet has been the face of the cricket since the beginning of 2010.
The Four Batsmen are known for their consistency and are now considered widely true to the game.
Your daily dose of cricket!
Any discussion of battle greatness leads to comparisons with tendulkar, possibly the most decorated Batsman of all time. Tendulkar kept almost every main battle records when he retired in 2013, and most are still intact.
He played 200 tests and scored a record of 15921 runs with the help of 51 centuries and 68 half a century. No cricket has played more tests or marked more runs or centuries than tending. To hate, Tendulkar scored 18426 with the help of 49 centuries and 96 years. Even in the 50 -year format, no player has played more matches or has marked more throws than tending.
At the time of his retirement, Tendulkar also maintained the record to score the most hatred before Kohli broke in 2023. In the international cricket, Tendulkar has scored most cents and centuries. The tastes of Kohli, Smith, Root and Williamson are far behind that of a statistically, but their consistent exhibitions have often made fans and experts compare them with the former Batsman of India.
However, James Anderson still believes that there is no comparison between Sachin Tendulkar and the Fab Four. In a recent podcast, the legend of England rubbed the conversation about any of the modern Batsmen, which was better than tending.
“Where are these four (Kohli, Root, Smith, Kane) with Tendulkar?” asked Talktsport.
In response, James Anderson, who has played against Tendulkar and the other four, said: “Just below Tendulkar.”

Anderson: Just below Tendulkar (and note that you should better match Sachin)
