Jack Osbourne opened for the moment his father discovered, Ozzy OsbourneDied.
Jack, 39, said he was at home in Los Angeles when he got the Tragic news on July 22After spending a week with his father and the rest of his family in the UK earlier in July.
“I woke up in Los Angeles to beat at the door of my house, around 3:45 in the morning. Someone who had worked for my family for 30 years ago was knocking on my door. When I looked through my window and saw that he was he, I just knew that something bad had happened,” explained Jack in a Youtube Video posted on Wednesday, September 3.
He continued, “I was informed that my father had passed.

“I wish he was still here. I wish he was still with us all, but he was trying a rough, and I think people see that at the show,” said Jack, referring to Ozzy’s Visitation During his Last Performance with Black Sabbath In Birmingham, England, a few weeks before his death.
Jack said he and his family “expected him to happen as fast as he did,” adding that the possibility of dying Ozzy was not “on our radar.”
“He was so happy for him to do the show. And he was happy to move into the next stage of his life,” said Jack. “He wanted to spend more time in England. He wanted to spend more time with my children.”
Jack said he felt fortunate he had spent time with his father before his death, when he and his family stayed with Ozzy in the UK shortly after the Back to the beginning Concert in Birmingham. Jack shares three daughters with her ex-wife, Lisa stelly: Pearl, 13, Andy, 10, and Minnie, 7. In July 2022, the daughter of Maple, who is now 3, welcomed with her present woman, AREE GEARHART.
“I stuck around, hanging out with the family in the house, my children – it was a really amazing week,” said Jack.
Jack said he and his family were due to fly to Portugal initially after a Sabbath Black Concert, but “all my children became ill.”
“They all had a stomach virus and it was really gross,” he explained. “So we canceled the trip and we just hung out in our English family house for a week. It was amazing. My dad was in an amazing mood. He was very happy every day. He opened the newspaper and saw different reviews and different stories of the Back to the beginning Show. It was great. It was a lot of fun. “
Jack added, “I look back at that now and I’m so grateful. I’ve never been as grateful for my children to get stomach flu as I am today.”

Ozzy’s family confirmed his death at the age of 76 in a statement to Weekly US on July 22.
“With more sadness than words can only convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne died this morning,” they say. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of our family at this time”
