In the police records from the night of the James Kennedy‘to arrest, he is accused of throwing an unknown woman to the ground.

A woman reportedly told the Burbank Police Department that “her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground,” according to documents seen by multiple outlets including People.

The arresting officer had been called to the scene for an “unknown problem.” It is unclear whether Kennedy’s girlfriend, Ally Lewberhe made the statement. Us Weekly has reached out to Kennedy’s team for comment.

The Vanderpump Rules star and Lewber have been together since 2022. Several hours before Kennedy was arrested, he joined his girlfriend at DIRECTV’s “Christmas at Kathy’s” holiday party in Los Angeles.

A third insider, however, claimed that Kennedy was “running” through the party and “causing a scene.”

“His male friend chased him from Kathy’s basement all the way through Kathy’s backyard, and James looked mad as he ran away,” the third source claimed.
