ReutersIsraeli military said they have warned medical officials and international organizations to prepare for the planned evacuation of millions of Gaza residents ahead of the offensive to take it.
Officials were told that the “adjustments” were made in the hospital in the south of gas to receive patients, the report said.
Gaza Hamas’s Ministry of Health rejected “any step that would have undermined what is left of the health care system.” UN and assistance also promised to stay to help those who cannot or have not decided to move.
Meanwhile, the Palestinians said in the eastern regions of the city had heavy bombing, a day after the military stated that they had made the first steps in the offensive.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to meet with security officials to approve the military plans, despite the broad international and domestic opposition.
He announced the intention of Israel to conquer the entire Gaza Strip after indirect negotiations from Hamas on the ceasefire mode, and last month crashed the hostage deal.

Israeli military plans to evacuate the entire gas population and transfer it to the shelters in the south before the troops moved to the largest urban territory.
In their preparation, it is said that the COGAT military bodies conducted “initial pre -emptive calls” to medical officials and international organizations on Tuesday.
“Officers emphasized medical officials that the adjustments are made to the hospital infrastructure in the south to get patients and wounded, as well as an increase in the necessary medical equipment,” the statement reads.
It quotes the officers who tell them in the bells: “We will provide you with a place to be, be it a field hospital or any other hospital.”
However, the Ministry of Health Gaza expressed its “rejection of any step, which undermines the fact that the remains of the health care system after the systematic destruction carried out by the occupation by the authorities (Israel).”
“Such a step will deprive more than a million people the right to medical treatment and expose the lives of residents, patients and wounded at a rapid danger,” he warned.
According to the UN, eighteen out of 36 gas hospitals are partly functional. Eleven of them is located in Gaza, and one thing in the governor on Northern Gaza.
UN organizations and non -governmental organizations have warned earlier this week that an Israeli offensive in Gaza will have “horrific humanitarian influence”.
“We repeat our commitment to serve people wherever they are, and remain present in the city of Gaza to provide rescue support,” they said.
They also warned that the hospitals in the south “work several times, and taking patients from the North would be life -threatening.”
Motas Dallul, a journalist in Gaza, told the BBC that several Israeli air strikes saw and heard on Thursday.
“From time to time, fighter jets are carried out, which carry out houses and other facilities, mainly in the eastern part of Gaza, in the Zeitun neighborhood and the gathering neighborhood,” he said.
Civil Defense Agency Hamas said at least 48 people were killed by Israeli blows and gas, including eight.
Mr. also said that the “large number” of Israeli drones fly over their heads.
Some broadcast the residents, telling them to evacuate into “safe zones” in the south of Gaza, he said. But he disputed that such areas were safe, saying that people were killing “every corner” of the south.
“Many people intend not to move out of the city,” he said. “They believe that if we are killed, let’s perish in our homes.”
ReutersHundreds of people also joined the Gaza Stress in the city to demand a war and reject the Israeli plan for further relocation.
“We are exhausted. We die a thousand times a day. We don’t want to leave, we want to stay here,” Bisan Gazal said in the BBC. “Stop the bloodshed. That’s enough.”
Um Abdul Rahman Hajja said she wanted to say to the negotiators to cease Hamas: “What we demand is the immediate cessation of the war – because the longer it continues, the greater the number of martyrs wounded and prisoners.”
In Tel -Aviv, the relatives of Israeli hostages who still conducted Hamas called on their government to accept the proposed ceasefire agreement to return some of their loved ones.
“There is a transaction on the table. This is the opening that we need for a comprehensive deal. We must sign it immediately,” said Dalia Carnir, the daughter-in-law of Aitan Horg and released the former hostage hier.
“Time has ended. The hostage cannot survive much longer in the hand of these rigid captives. We cannot support any more fights.”
ReutersMediators of Qatar and Egypt are trying to make a transaction to prevent the offensive and submitted a new proposal for a 60-day truce and issue of about half of the 50 hostages stated on Monday.
Israel has not yet presented an official response, but Israeli officials said they would no longer accept a partial deal and demanded a comprehensive, which will see all the final hostages. Only 20 of them remain alive.
UN Secretary -General Antonio Guteres said that “vital” to achieve immediate ceasefire and avoiding what he called “inevitable death and destruction” caused by a new operation in Gaza.
On Wednesday, the Israeli military press stated that the “previous actions” had started an offensive of the gas and that the troops had already “held the outskirts.”
The Netanyahu office states that “he directed that the schedule is for maintaining control over the latest terrorist supports and the defeat of Hamas – to reduce.”
Hamas accused the Israeli leader of continuing the “fierce war against innocent civilians in Gaza” and criticized the fact that he was “ignoring” the ceasefire proposal.
The Israeli military launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the attack under the guidance of Hamas on South Israel on October 7, 2023, which killed about 1,200 people and took 251 people hostage.
According to the Ministry of Health, at least 62192 people were killed in Gaza. The figures of the ministry quote the UN and others as the most reliable source of statistics available to the victims.
