Israel launches an air blow on the southern suburb of Beirut

On Sunday, Israel conducted an air strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut, ordering the evacuation of a building, which, he said, is used by a group supported by Iranian, Hatsbala.

“The undermining of Israel continues to aggravate tensions and exposes the real threat to safety and stability.”

The Israeli government has said it was aimed at the Hezbollah store “rockets that are guided by precision.”

“Missile storage on this infrastructure is a brazen impairment between Israel and Lebanon, and is a threat to Israel and its civilians,” the Israeli military said.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Office said Israel “will not allow Hezbolla to intensify”.

“The Dahai neighborhood in Beirut will not serve as a safe refuge for the Hezbollah terrorist organization,” it added.

The UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanin Hennis-Plaskart wrote on X that the strike “caused panic and fear to update the violence among those who are desperately returning to normality.”

“We urge all parties to stop any actions that can further undermine the end of understanding of hostilities,” she added.
