According to this agreement, it will be closely involved with players throughout the year, helping the side to develop their bowling resources to be sustained in the league. Arun’s arrival indicates the possible departure of Zaheer Khanhe acted as LSG’s mentor during the previous season. Zaheer’s one year contract with the franchise has not yet been renewed, and the possibilities of an extension seem thin. Similarly, the future of main coach Justin Langer with the team is still reviewed, as management considers a complete review of its coaching configuration. Now, with Arun on board, LSG aims to strengthen its coaching structure and sharpen its bowling attack ahead of the IPL 2026.
