The game between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Punjab Kings (PBKs) in Dharamsala was called on Thursday, after Pakistan launched missiles and drone strike in the Indian cities at the end of the night. Above all, the game was called due to a “technical failure”, but the reason was the concern of security in the midst of the fears of an attack.
