IPL 2025- The western Indies of Cricket Verdict on the availability of players sends RCB, Gujarat Titans Jump

Cricket West Indies (CWI) has made a sensational call about the availability of national players for the rest of the IPL 2025. Despite the crucial series Hate against Ireland and England from May 21 to June 3, CWI has given its players the green light to finish their commitments IPL 2025.

In the meantime, eight western Indies players are part of the IPL 2025 season, including big names such as Andre Russell, Sunil Narine and Rovman Powell (all with KKR); Nicholas Polan and Shampa Joseph (LSG); Shimron Hetmyyer (RR); and Sherfane Rutherford (GT) and Romario Shepherd (RCB).

However, only Rutherford, Shepherd and Joseph have been selected for the next Hate series against Ireland and England. CWI has confirmed that Shampa Joseph will not return to the IPL 2025 and will stay with the staff of the western Indies.

Shimron Hetmyyer will travel to England after IPL 2025

On the other hand, John Campbell will intervene towards Rutherford during the leg of Ireland, as Gujarat Titans are aimed at playoffs. Shimron Hetmyyer, who is out of containment for the Playoffs, will be incorporated into the western Indies workforce of the England series. The shepherd will be replaced by Jediah Blades in the template.
