Former Indian Cricter Aakash Chopra has predicted that Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will continue their scary cricket style to the next IPL 2025 that took them to the finals last season. Chopra is confident that the SRH will adhere to its philosophy that hits power because they have built a template similar to last year.
He said that Sunrisers Hyderabad remains heavily loaded with left -handed batters on top, with Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klaasen, with the addition of Ishan Kishan to number three, so his intention was clear to dominate with six output.
Aakash Chopra said to Star Sports: “They will play exactly the same Cricket brand because they have tried to do the same team again. They have chosen another leftist (Ishan Kishan) at number 3. What is a bit against is the idea that why you need so many left -wing ones? 1, 2, 3, at least, keep a right. But they said: No. our philosophy is only to hit six.”
Sunrisers Hyderabad faced a major problem with his bowls last season, often granting as many runs as they scored. To solve this problem, the franchise has strengthened its bowling attack with key signings.
And Chopra said that Rahul Chahar fills the gap for a reliable spinner, while Mohammed Shami and Harshal Patel will manage different phases and are the favorite signings of his SRH.
Cricket Pundit also explained: “Two Fast Indian bowls and Rahul Chahar. Since they had a problem last year that if they make 250-260 runs, you are also giving away 250 runs. They were looking for a real spinner and found him in Rahul Chahar.
And then Mohammed Shami and Harshal Patel. One will handle the top; A tail will handle. And Pat Cummins, I think, covered the hole that was a bit large. “”
When talking about SRH’s weakness, Chopra noted that if the higher order collapses, the battle line could be vulnerable, as there is no proven finish beyond Nitish Kumar at number five for the next IPL 2025.
Chopra added: “One day, Srh’s battle line could be collapsed. If it collapses, you will have Nitish Kumar ready to number 5. Who is at number 6? And this is where you start to feel that UH-UH, there is a problem. Because these 6, 7 and 8 are not like the finishes you see on other teams.”
In addition, Hyderabad XI’s first choice seems solid, but injuries can be exposed due to lack of quality safety copies this season.
He signed by saying: “And secondly, if we look at the makeup of this team, they are a very good team until the first 12-13. If someone is injured, there is no backup behind it. Therefore, not having a backup can be the brand or break. So, we hope everyone remains in shape and in a way because there is no one sitting behind.”
Above all, Sunrisers Hyderabad will open his campaign against Rajasthan Royals on March 23 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
