Wankhede multitude was attended by a full show on Sunday night IPL 2025as The Mumbai Indians (MI) not only crushed Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 9 doctors, but also handed over-party entertainment courtesy of skipper Hardik Pandya and my owner Akash Ambani.
First winning the launch and opting for bowl, I restricted the CSK to 176/5 in its 20 points, thanks to the stellar bowling of Jasprit bumrah (25/02) and Mitchell Santner (1/14). CSK entries were held together for Ravindra jadaja (53* off 35) and Shivam dube (50 of 32), with Ayush Mhatre contributing a pocket of 32 of 15.
However, Mumbai pursued the target with ridiculous ease. Rohit Sharma (76* off 45) and Suryakumar yadav (68* off 30) turned the game into a baton masterclass, wrapping the chase into only 15.4 points at a run rate of 11.29. The only wicket to fall was Ryan Riceltonwho left after 24 fast. While the fireworks of the field were enough to delight the fans, it was the fun outside the field that really illuminated social media.
When the players and staff celebrated the emphatic victory of me, Pandya found a new teammate to have fun with Champak. In a clip, you can see in Pandya control the robot dog using a hand command. What began as a playful interaction quickly climbed in Hilarity when Hardik directed Champak to jump to Akash.
The owner of the MI, bewildering and clearly not ready for a robotic ambush, dropped a surprised Yelp and took some fast steps, causing laughing to all around. Hardik exploded as Akash recovered from the crash, making Pandya’s leisure way.

After the game, the attention moved from bat and ball to something rather unexpected: Champak, the Dogot Robot introduced to IPL 2025 as part of the league’s new dissemination experience. After making brief appearances before the tournament, the mechanical canine was officially baptized “Champak” a few hours before the crash MI vs CSK.
The robot, with its interactive design and capabilities, has already made its presence outside, to capture content, interact with players and offer fans a completely new dimension of digital commitment.
