Amit Mishra has called Time on his remarkable career, ending a remarkable journey he has spanned for two decades on September 4. In front of the next Asia Cup 2025, the Indian Spinner has announced its withdrawal in all forms of the party.
Mishra, known for her smart variations, built a reputation as one of the most reliable spinners in India. He has represented India in 22 tests, 36 hatred and 10 T20is. The spinner has 76 test doctors, 64 hatred doctors and a wick in the T20i cricket in his name.

Amit Mishra said in a statement quoted by Ians: “These 25 years of my life on the cricket have not been memorable. I am deeply grateful to the BCCI, the administration, the Haryana Cricket Association, the support staff, my colleagues and my relatives who were with me all this.”
He said, “I want to thank the fans for love and support whenever and where I played, it made the trip memorable. The cricket has given me countless memories and inengative learning, and every moment on the ground it has been a memory for life.”

Interestingly, Mishra won three hat-tricks in the IPL for three different teams: Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals), Kings XI Punjab (now Kings Punjab) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He played his last game at the IPL for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in 2024.
He was also winner of the match for Haryana. It has 535 doctors in 152 first class games, 252 doctors in 152 games in list A and 285 doctors in 259 T20 games in their name.
