The US Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) in Texas returned to the homeland of a Mexico citizen who lived in HoustonWhich was sought in the homeland for raping the child.
The ICE press release states that 58-year-old Nestor Flores Encorns, an alien without documents, was repatriate in Mexico on Thursday.
Flores looking for in veracrus, Mexico, for raping the baby, illegally entered the USA four times.
On Thursday, the deportation officers from ICE were transported to Flores to the Huores-Lored Bridge, Texas, where he was taken into custody by the Mexican authorities.

“This foreign fugitive has entered the United States four times, violating our country’s laws to avoid court prosecution for allegedly raping the child,” said the director of the Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Bretord A. Bradford. “Dangerous foreign refugees and foreigners are accused of horrific crimes or committed such horrific crimes as sexual abuse against a child will not find a safe shelter in Southeast Texas.”
According to Ice, Flores illegally entered the US on February 16, 2002 near Roma, Texas, and the next day he was detained US border patrol and returned to Mexico.
But he returned to the United States several days later, on February 20, 2002, and again two days later, on February 22. Both times, according to ICE, he was arrested by the border service and voluntarily returned to Mexico.
Flores again entered the country for the fourth time in an unknown place and an unknown date.
On August 23, 2024, officers of deportation from ERO Houston detained Flores at a residence in Houston after receiving a report that he was potentially residing in the Houston area.
ERO Houston has also been noted that Flores was looking for rape in Mexico.

After the detention of Flores on December 19, 2024, the Judge of the Immigration Affairs Department started an immigration case and voluntarily left the country.
“Our immigration staff are tirelessly working on successful discrepancies and detention of foreigners without documents in the Houston area who threaten public security, national security and border safety, and do not calm down until they repatriate into their country of origin and no longer pose threats For the community, ”Bradford said.
