An alarming warning: an illegal immigrant accused of murdering Atlanta’s grandmother was charged and is now threatened with additional disturbing charges related brutal murder.

There is no defendant’s instructions on the charge.
Internal Security Department told Fox News that Sagastume-Rivas entered the US illegally on March 17, 2021 and was arrested US Border Patrol.

On March 18, 2025, he was arrested by the Cobs County Police Department for major killings and other crimes.”
The statement said: “Ice filed an immigration detainee with the Cobb County Prison. President Trump And the secretary Noah will not allow criminal illegal foreigners – including the accused killers – to be free on the streets of America. “
